Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as ‘ND quotation for work at ICGEB,New Delhi Component, ICGEB/Re-carpeting of internal Roads/2017’.  Kindly ensure that this identification number is also mentioned on the quotation.  The sealed envelope, with the quotation, should bear the official stamp of the bidder, both on front of the envelope and across the seal of the envelope.  The sealed envelope with the quotation should be placed in a further sealed envelope and submitted as per the instructions given in the tender document.
